Please note fit and proper criteria -All convictions will be taken into account when the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) assesses your suitability to be an approved motorcycle instructor. This would include fixed penalty offences - such as speeding. The decision rests with the DSA, who will take into account any motoring convictions acquired in the last six years and/or your criminal record. If you have committed any motoring offence(s) resulting in endorsements totalling five penalty points or more, the Registrar will consider this carefully and may decide to refuse your registration.
